  69. SMALL BUSINESS ADVISOR is a unique, one-of-a-kind program.  It is in
  70. part an "expert system" designed to aid a small business business in
  71. coping with and understanding many of the "ground rules" that will
  72. apply, including taxes, business laws and regulations, financing sources,
  73. whether or not you should incorporate, personnel policies, office-in-
  74. the-home considerations, and much more.  In interactive "consulting
  75. sessions" on a number of difficult issues, the program asks you
  76. questions, weighs your responses, and gives you recommendations or
  77. answers, based on the 20+ years experience of its creator, a Harvard
  78. lawyer/Big Six CPA and million-selling author of business books.

  290. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SMALL BUSINESS ADVISOR:

  292.    1. For the .ZIP file version (this version), simply copy the
  293.       compressed file SBA*.ZIP into a directory on your hard
  294.       disk (preferably with the directory name \SBE) and use
  295.       PKUNZIP 2.04 or higher to "unzip" the files.  Once they
  296.       have been unzipped, simply type "RUN" or "SBZ" to start
  297.       the program.  It will create its own configuration files
  298.       the first time you run it.

  300.    2. For shareware distributors who wish to obtain a self-extracting
  301.       version of the program with automated INSTALL.EXE program,
  302.       for diskette distributrion of Small Business Advisor, contact
